o Responsible for the update and coordination of Cost & Resource loaded Transmission Project Programmes between the value of £35 million and £308 million o Required constant interaction with Project Managers, Engineers, Commercial and Procurement Managers o Monitor and review the feasibility of Contractor Schedules and their ability to meet the required aspects of the Projects, and seeking justifications for any discrepancies o Review and monitor Contractor site construction to ensure Project is running as reported o Work closely with Cost Engineers and Quantity Surveyors to ensure Value of Work Done each month is a true representation of work undertaken and both Cost and Schedule forecasts are accurate o Produce monthly Project Dashboard Reports that are monitored at Board level o Participate in Monthly Major Project Services management reviews and assist in the creation of new Policies and Procedures and assist with their roll out to the Transmission MPS team o Assisting with the initiation of the use of Earned Value Analysis o Assist with the training and development of new and junior planners
