progress against agreed baseline schedules in order to ensure completion,  timely, safely & on budget (forecasts, progress s-curves, manpower histograms and detailed progress measurement per activity per discipline)

ü  Successfully developed a 14 day maintenance planning cycle; resulting in a significant improvement in planning efficiency and backlog reduction of 30%
