    • Perform schedule integrity checks on all L3 schedules

    • Facilitate and coordinate schedule review workshops for all packages to ensure project team buy-in to Level 3 schedules.  Review and approve Level 3 baseline schedules

 

Progress Measurement & Earned Value

  • Physical Progress Measurement
    • Review of UO&I Engineering Progress submitted by Contractor which has to provide the level of detail required for progress calculations can be by drawing sets, or by individual deliverables.  Each deliverable will gain progress based on approved Rules of Credit of completing those Deliverables.  Contractor responsible for developing and providing the list of Deliverables. Reviewing the Deliverables and Rules of Credit for approval as Contractor is developing this information.
  • Earned Value
    • UO&I IMPT Planner Reviews, approve & comment to the Engineering Progress Table which incorporates Planned, Forecast, Earned, & Actual Progress achievements by Unit by Discipline.  Progress Table includes CPI (productivity), SPI (schedule performance index) & EAC (estimate at completion).

  1. Define the processes and procedures for the Planning and Scheduling discipline in this business unit.
  2. Coordinate and administrate the project planners to ensure both departmental and project requirements and objectives are met.
  3. Train and professionally develop the planners assigned to the business unit.
  4. Work with the ECP Project Control Manager that is leading the proposal effort to coordinate the incoming Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) to determine the Planning requirements and then ensure timely and satisfactory completion of identified requirements.
  5. Assure that all baseline (and rebaseline) schedules developed by planners assigned to business unit to ensure compliance with both contractual and departmental requirements.
