- Manages the planning and scheduling parts of assigned projects as part of the overall program.
- Integrates project budget and schedule to support EVM analysis and reporting.

- Analyzed Schedule Slippages and Developed Recovery Schedules and Contingency Plans. Ability to handle (Monitor & control) all site work from execution phase to handover phase. Managed all technical & commercial aspects of complex engineering projects for Project Management Office (PMO).
