- Compiling project baselines through all stages of PLCM.
- Interact with Project Managers of the various projects on a daily basis.
- Update and maintain project schedules data to ensure project consistency and optimization.
- Evaluate and Assess Contractor’s Schedule.
- Integrate port contractor construction and commissioning programs into the overall master plan.
- Monitor the performance of projects against the relevant baselines provided
- Align project schedules to Capital spending.
- Provide support for the administration of contracts including scope of work and tender/contract preparation and correspondence.
- Perform project progress monitoring including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecast with progress achieved to date.
- Assist Project Managers with evaluating schedule impact arising from sourcing decisions
- Compile and present progress reports
