As Cost Control Manager, I was responsible for establishing an estimate for the entire project, coordinate payments within the JV partners via a participative loan scheme, and all aspects of cost control.  Due to continuous cost control, realistic risk analysis, and in-depth claims management, cost predictions and estimates performed prior to award of major contracts were sufficient for the project to finish on time and within budget. 

Specific duties included:

„  Cost Control, Budget Planning, Invoice Control, and Cost reporting to General Director and Partners.

„  Control and measurement of economic progress of major contractors (EPIC) and contract closure.

„  Contract quantities measurements and cost reporting.

„  Import and Export of company provided material and calculation of customs tariffs.

„  Invoice approval process, including followup payment via accounting.

„  Alignment of budget with invoiced costs, forecast cost, and accounting GL codes.

„  Contractual compliance and claims review.
