Developing and managing overall Stage 2 and Stage 3 plan and P6 schedule for the Henry Goodrich 120 day out of service shipyard project in preparation for Stage 4 execution in December 2011. Responsible for developing LLE list, tracking deliverables with dozens of vendors and developing execution plan to ensure efficiency and success in schedule and within budget completion.

Develop and manage overall P6 schedule for the recovery plan of the OEM overhaul and re-certification of Cameron BOP / LMRP, Cameron C&K manifold, Shaffer PODs, Vetco Riser System, Aker MRT System. This required regular visits to OEM vendor locations to monitor the delivery schedule of overhauled equipment and visits to the rig to monitor the installation and commissioning of the equipment. I would produce bi-weekly reports used by senior management for business models and quarterly revenue forecasting as well as commercial planning for the client and project execution of the project team.

Set the schedule activities weighted value, baseline schedule and report progress against the baseline. I was responsible for monitoring the shipyard contractor’s progress reporting to ensure that Transocean’s budget and schedule were met.

Develop high level schedules for nine floating MODU drilling rigs for out of service shipyard projects during 2010 and 2011. This was critical due to the resource limitations and heavy demand of OEM vendors and specialized service companies required by Transocean for the 2010 and 2011 rigs out of service periods in the Gulf of Mexico and Canada. P6 was used for detailed execution schedules by project teams and MS Project was used high-level schedules for senior management.
