1. Designing of Gates and Hoists for Hydro power projects.

2. Meeting regularly with the design team and Client to monitor and coordinate all phases of the Design schedule.

3. Guide draftsmen to prepare detail drawings and Bill of materials.

4. Prepare preliminary designs for tender submission. Prepare Post-Tender clarifications when required and attend Post-Tender meetings.

5.Review tender documents with regards to technical and commercial matters.

6.Prepare technical submissions for queries raised by clients.

7. Guide design and drafting team to ensure Client's specifications and requirements are implemented according to agreed upon deliverables; produces punch lists and coordinate to complete those lists.

8. Regularly coordinate with purchase department for procurement of steel and bought out items as per latest design approvals.

9. Coordinate with tender, planning, quality and project teams for smooth completion of project as per approved schedule.

10. Participate in regular internal/External Audits and follow up comments by maintaining required records.

11. Implement ISO 9001 procedures for proper documentation.
