Duties include the creating, maintaining & updating of Primavera P6 schedules, this included a North / South Wales Journey Time Improvement Scheme located in Rossett which at the time I joined was classed as a problem project & Network Rail as clients no longer had any belief in the P6 plan, the remit on this project was to get the client to buy back into the plan so the project could achieve its commissioning deadline of 31^st March 2017 (phase 1 during a 7 day blockade) & 9^th April 2017 (phase 2 through a 27 hour possession) this was achieved & the client is fully re-engaged with the planning aspect of it, to achieve this took a reworking many aspects of the main plan, re-writing the 2 hour by hour commissioning plans (yes hour by hour on a 7 day blockade plan) & several meetings with the clients project management team to build a communication relationship with them.

Mentoring & development of Junior Planner, setting up processes & strategies of Project Control systems & calibrating with the Commercial team to ensure reporting all ties in properly.
