Involved in building construction of shopping malls, high rise residential and commercial buildings, cinemas and solid waste treatment plant : Scope of work consists of preparation of shop drawings to show and clarify any discrepancies that seen in the construction plans. Ensure that the construction is completed in accordance with the construction drawings, specifications, and quality plans and meet contractual requirements. Attend coordination meeting with Construction Management for the smooth flow of the project. Evaluate progress billing of subcontractors for rebar works, formworks, concrete and masonry works. Site supervision and inspection for reinforced concrete buildings. Witness material testing such as rebar and concrete. Secure records with regards to on-going construction project such as concrete pouring request, request for waterproofing, pre - concrete inspection record, daily activity record, and request for rebar order. Prepares rebar cutting list and other estimates. Prepares materials order for the on-going construction project. Define, propose and update construction schedule.
