Administration Manager

Main Duties:

§  Supervision of all sections related to the Department of Administrative Affairs such as: Records Section, Transport Section, Purchase Section and Printing Section.

§  Direct supervision of Project Office works.

§  Preparing of all correspondences related to administrative affairs and forwarding them to different public and private sectors.

§  Preparing and following up of all service contracts (elevator service contracts, cleaning contracts, etc.) with competent companies.

§  Searching for sites for rent upon the inauguration of new public prosecution departments.

§  Searching for apartments for rent for non-Omani employees.

§  Negotiating all matters related to maintenance works with competent companies.

§  Supervision of tendering process and following up these tenders with the Board of Tenders

§  Following up with the job contracts of non-Omani employees in ROP and the Ministry of Manpower

§  Preparing all necessary permits to enter Muscat International Airport
