ØResponsible for work requested by operations, day-to-day Maintenance activities, new Installations / modifications, requirements of external support if necessary, assessment and ordering the spare parts.

ØReview Modification & Inspection Work List for Procurement of material and day to day Maintenance job.

ØCreation of Notifications, Scheduling of Maintenance orders and Preparing Job Status by SAP PM.

ØCo-ordinate with inspection department & operation department to preparing for execute the job If required go site & check the equipment conditions for procure new material.

ØPreparation of job plans ready for scheduling detailing parts, materials, special tools, external services and documentation with planned costs. 

ØEstimate the cost of material for preparation of procurement and also preparing Purchase Requisition (PR).

ØIndented material status update / follow up to receive at store & Stock Maintain.

ØPerformed Inventory management tasks like goods receipt, goods issue, transfer posting, stock transfers and physical inventory check.

ØPreparing Schedule of Rate(SOR), Schedule of Quantity(SOQ), Scope of Work(SOW) & Special Conditions of Contract (SCC) for Tender Approval processing.

ØPreparing Purchase Requisition (PR), Tender Committee Proposal (TCP) and Purchase Order (PO) generation under Revenue Budget & Capital Budget for Tender floating.

Ø  Responsible for preparing Monthly reports for Maintenance department Modification & Inspection Work list jobs.

Ø  Responsible for preparing Monthly reports for Notification Based Maintenance Work order Jobs status.

Ø  Service Entry Sheet Preparation based on contractor Purchase Order(PO).
