- Responsible of opening, updating and closing cost centers in the project
- Resources allocation and productivity and production rate calculation and monitoring
- Updated schedules and analyzing man power and cost allocation
- Perform resources leveling
- Maintaining the cost reports and comparing the actual cost against the estimated budget using earned value
- Forecasting the estimate at completion and determine the cost variance and develop the project cost trends
- Conduct schedule meeting
- Delay and claims analysis
- Generating 4D schedules
- Perform Risk analysis studies
