Project: Rehabilitation of the railway Pan-European 4th Corridor, Client: CFR S.A. Romania

Responsibilities:
Assistance in the issuing of the work program for design, installation and commissioning of all BBRail activities
Monitoring variations relating to site activities.
Ensures that General Construction Schedule of BBRail is in line with the contractual conditions.
Participation at project meetings in order to organize the interfaces between Balfour Beatty and all other parties involved in this project.
Job specific tasks.
Planning, monitoring and controlling of the detailed working program with Sub-Contractor and handling of the BBRail General Planning.
Progress reports including analyse of program deviations and their impacts
