Role:  

• Preparing Overall Master construction Schedules for existing projects in the company  leading the planning department (leading the planner in various projects)  overall projects in the company Construction and Development company projects overall by using  Ms Project2010, Primavera 6.0.
• Loading inputs in the planning tool for generating the cash flow statement, Bar chart, S-Curve & Resources spread sheet for each month for overall company projects.
• Tracking the Progress of work through DPR’s, WPR’s, MPR’s, and Planned Vs Actual Physical and Financial curves various project sites
• Analyzing the New Construction Technologies with respect to cost and time for implementation of technologies in the upcoming projects 
• Monitoring the Estimation on various sites
• Manage the CPP (Central Project Planning) DDE (Design Development & Execution) Processes.
• Allocating resources to the construction activities defining cost per unit, preparing resource graphs Preparing WBS,
• Delay analysis and monitoring project progress.
• Coordinating with all sites planning department works
• Coordinating with all the site project manager for Designs and Developments of all residential projects, METRO rail & Infrastructure projects, Airport projects related to planning department
• Working on Oracle ERP Solutions in Engineering & Construction for future Implementation in the company for monitoring various projects the progress of work globally facilitate and provides data to prepare all forecast and implement plane.

·        Generate periodical reports as per various project site Client requirements. Please refer “Key Deliverables” listed below.
