Provided monthly cost and schedule reporting on various contract programs for AFCEE including simultaneous delivery/task orders (DOs/TOs) for RAC- 30 TOs, ENRAC- 55 TOs, WERC- 45 TOs, HERC- 8 TOs, 4P- 28 TOs, 6 delivery/task orders (DOs/TOs) for AETC, and 8 TOs for AFCESA using a graded approach based on delivery order (DO)/TO value and risk. Major projects included four >$8M renovation TOs at the AF Academy. Deliverables ranged from cost-loaded Primavera schedules, monthly schedule updates and Cost Performance Reports (CPRs), Cost/Schedule Status Reports (CSSRs), Funds and Man Hour Expenditure Reports (FMERS), EVM SPI-CPI graphs comparing scheduled and earned values against actual cost, ETCs.
Provided monthly schedule updates for client to track progress of excavation of over 700,000 tons of contaminated soils for immediate follow-on construction of 7 office buildings. Tracked overall project cost and projected Estimates at Completion for this $23 million project. Acted as field procurement agent and tracked all on-site costs. Monitored subcontractor progress and approved invoices for payment.
Supported EPA/START Response Program, at Enbridge Oil Spill, Kalamazoo River, Marshall, Michigan, tracked daily field costs and subcontractor progress at remote remediation site, reviewed daily RCMS reports produced by Subcontractors to produce Daily Cost Reports and project Estimates to Complete (ETCs) for on-site EPA Representative.
Supported USACE Omaha Rapid Response Program for Beaver Woods Project in Montana. Tracked daily field costs and subcontractor progress at remote remediation site, produced required Daily Cost Reports for USACE On-Site Representative using RCMS software, prepared weekly project ETCs using historical productivity and cost data.
