Brief introduction: DANA Cylindrical Shape FPSO is the first EPC project built in China for UK continental shelf. The dimension is 78m in diameter and 32m in depth. Major process modules are Oil/gas processing, separation, Water/Gas injection, storage and offloading, etc. The FPSO is designed and built for process capacity of 44,000BBL oil and 40MMSCFD gas per day. In addition, all the equipment and systems are to be designed and certified by DNV, UKCS (including PED verification and ATEX).

Responsibility: Planning Engineer

1, Developing and Updating topside module overall Schedule and detail schedule, Including: Engineering Schedule, Procurement Schedule, Construction Schedule, Mechanical Completion Schedule and Commissioning Schedule. Establish the progress measurement system of the topside module and the overall electric and instrument, Revise and Update the overall schedule and progress of the topside module.

2, Material and equipment management (Steel Plate\ Bulk Material) from PO signed to delivery to site.

3, Preparation the Weekly/Monthly Report.

4, Prepare the module progress PPT for the PMT.

5, Weekly Update each disciplines' actual progress and S-curves of the module and overall EI, compare the actual progress with the plan progress, and present the relevant report to the PMT.

6, Prepare and tracking the manpower histogram of the module.

--DP3 accommodation semi-submersible platform project “Cotemar Atlantis “ 

Owner: Cotemar/Mexico

Brief introduction: COTEMAR  Accommodation SEMIs, which dimension is 95 x 67 x 35.7m , are equipped with 300 ton crane, DP-3 dynamic positioning system and 8-point mooring system. The total capacity of accommodation is 750P onboard at draft 8.6~20.0m and the maximum displacement of 33,000T.

1, Project Preparation; including: Project Quoted price and LV-1 schedule.

2, Developing and Updating Project overall Schedule and detail schedule, Including: Engineering Schedule, Procurement Schedule, Construction Schedule, Mechanical Completion Schedule and Commissioning Schedule.

3, Preparation the Weekly/Monthly Report and any regular report to client as required.

4, Material and equipment management (Steel Plate\ Bulk Material) from PO signed to delivery to site.

5, Weekly Meeting management (minutes & coordinate).

6, Weekly Update each disciplines' actual progress and S-curves, compare the actual progress with the plan progress, and present the relevant report to the PMT.

 

-- Wind Turbine Installation Vessel “ Sea Installer”

Brief introduction: A2SEA & RESOLUTION Series Wind Turbine Installation Vessels are the world's new generation wind turbine installation jack-up vessels, equipped with hydraulic heavy lift with capacity up to 1000 ton, can be used for 5MW to 7MW wind turbine installation, and can load 10 sets of windmill components for offshore installation each voyage. It is designed for the future wind farm equipment installation and maintenance in Europe with a promising market prospect.

The A2SEA series have equipped with voith scheider, Propeller has quickly response in 6 seconds during change opposite direction..

Responsibility: Planner

1, Set up and monitor the overall schedule with P6, Establish the progress measurement system, Revise and Update the overall schedule and progress.

2, Develop schedules to identify problem area and concerns, Perform Critical Path Analysis, Report Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

3, Review the accomplishment of the project progress earned value of construction subcontractors, make statistics and summary of the project progress earned value by the month, and state the problems in schedule plan execution and measures for problem solution.

4, Attend construction coordination meetings on the construction site and check the situation of subcontractors’ execution of construction planning.

5, Present clear and concise planning documentation and reports on a regular time, including weekly report and monthly report.

--GM4000 Semi-submersible Deep-water DrillingUnit “Innovator”.

Owner: MARINE ACCURATE WELL ASA(MARACC) / Norway

Brief introduction: GM4000 Semi-submersible Deepwater Drilling Unit is one of the most advanced drilling and workover multifunctional platform among the same type platform. It is designed and built under DNV Class and Norwegian Flag for oil filed exploration, drilling, completion and fully in compliance with DNV Rules, NORSOK Standards, NMD and PSA regulations. The maximum displacement is 38,000 tons and suitable for operation water depth upto 1500m. The unit is capable operation in the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS), North Sea.

1, Establish and consummate the regulations and procedures of material and equipment management;

2, Update and publish the current procurement and arrived status for material and equipment;

3, Expedite and inspect for arrived material and equipment;

4, Collect and safekeep the shipping documents and certificates of material and equipment;

5, Progress checking on the site, identification of conflict between schedule and actual.

6, Make weekly and monthly report of fabrication status.

7, Communication with stakeholders, such as ship owner, project manager, production manager, material coordinator, procurement manager.

8, Quality, safety, environment survey and problem handling in working site, take rectification measures.
