- Project:North West RedWater Sturgeon Refinery - Utilities & Pipe Racks Project. Providing FEED Phase services including L3 EPC Detailed Schedule, based in Calgary, AB office. Then Detailed Design/EPC Phase in Markham, ON office. Refinery total budget is C$7 Billion.
- Position: Project Planning Manager.Managing 4 Planners/Scheduler; Being responsible for team role assignments, performance review, hiring & training; Managing stakeholders requirements; Client & Management coordination and reporting; Developing EPC Level 3 Schedule with resources loaded; Managing interfaces with other Silos & 3rd parties; Developing & maintaining the FEED Phase L3 detailed schedule; Monitoring and Analyzing Variances; Preparing What-if Scenarios / Recovery Plans; Time extension claims; EVM &Monitoring, managing & reporting project progress & schedules.
