2) Maintenance Management Systems (MMS) Exec. - 'Taking care' or in charge of MMS (SAP) in the plant ie making sure all master data are completed and updated, developing maintenance plan (Preventive plan) and scheduled the plan through SAP, running monthly report and analysis on maintenance works, training plant operators and plant maintenance supervisors/engineers on how to use MMS correctly for their jobs etc. - Also act as Maintenance dept's focal person for liaising with other departments ie finance (doing budgeting, cost control), training (for staff development), HSE (for monthly safety repirts) etc
