• Lead and Manage Web based P6 Enterprises Project portfolio /programme Management (Primavera-P6, EPPM) System.
• Lead and implements Projects controls procedure, Managing the Projects and Programme delivery. Monitoring Construction & Maintenance of the all parking Projects. Managing contract performance & KPI of Consultants and Contractor.
• Managing the programme-wide Planning /Scheduling, budgeting, Progress monitoring, reporting and Communication.
• Lead the management of Master Schedule, programme baseline, integrity of Schedule, Budget and its periodic update.
• Establish schedule and cost variation report, earn value, Change Control, Budget variations and cash flow projections.
