·         Undertake detailed take offs in the format prescribed by the Project method of measurement (MOM) to be use within interim or monthly payment applications and Variations.

·         Prepared the materials schedule for approval and request for quotation (RFQ).

·         Undertake preparation of payment certificate

·         Arranged the backup or documents and submitted along with progress invoice for approval of payment certificate.

·         Coordinated closely with project manager, construction manager and site Manager to monitor the ongoing construction are all within the approved drawing.

·         Prepared and ensured variation order is to be issued if proposed works is out of contract and Approved drawings.

·         Cooperated with contract manager if disputed claims occur.

·         Reported to the project director or manager for the loss or profitable in different division of works.

·         Monitored all materials requested are received and follow up ahead the others to avoid delays.

·         Prepared a bill of quantity (BOQ) and bill of materials (BOM) for checking, verifying and approving of all invoices of the subcontractorsas per payment terms.

·         Prepared and maintained records of all subcontractors’ agreements and payments.

·         Advised the Project Director for the Mobilization and Demobilization of the project sources such as Materials, Labors, and Equipments to avoid lose of profits.
