Prince Charles Hospital Upgrade

As Project Manager, I managed of a team of twenty direct staff and nineteen subcontractors, ensuring the successful design, planning, procurement and delivery of Stage 2A ($18 million) and Stage 2BC ($25 million) of the redevelopment and expansion of the hospital for Project Services and Queensland Health.

In addition to associated civil works, upgrades to electrical, communications, security, hydraulic, mechanical and fire services, the Project included the construction of highly specialised Operating Theatres and Laboratory facilities.

Building the Education Revolution - Stage 2

As Area Project Manager, I managed a team of 10 direct staff, nine contractors and multiple subcontractors/trades per site, ensuring the successful design management, planning, procurement, delivery and handover of 31 education projects ($30 million+) in the Wide Bay/Burnett Region.
