Assignment as Project Manager

a)      Projectsexecution and management at site Halmahera North Maluku Indonesia:

-        Support facilities during exploration stage [airstrip and upgrading base campwith utilities, temporaryjetty and access roads for mining pits or exploration drilling areas]. 

-        Complex site geotechnical investigations on shore and off shore areas [Site tests: SPT, CPT-U, Menard Pressuremeter, Trial Earthwork, Geophysic and Lab.tests]. 

-        Site marine data observation [tide, wave and current] and bathymetric survey.

-        Project execution and management for Corporate Social Responsibility [CSR].

b)     Detailed Design with Local Consultant for airstrip facility including Construction Permit to Directorate General of Civil Aviation [DGCA] and mine access roads at North part of COW.

c)      Bid management including preparation, implementation and analysis of project packages.

Assignment as Design Team and Bid Package Coordinator

a)      Member of Weda Bay Nickel Project Design and Management Team for Detailed Design Consultancy stageof Hydrometallurgy Process Plant Facilitieswith Technip Geo Production Kuala Lumpur, Egis Franceand Mecater France.

b)     Coordinator for bid working packages of BFS Stage

2.                Company                     : INDOTECH INDONESIA, year 2002-2004

Assignment as Cost Control & Contract Manager

Indotech constructed 600 locations of Base Transceiver Station [BTS] Outdoor and 500 locations of Receiver Indoor Stations at Jabodetabek, West Java & Kalimantanareas for Telkomsel Indonesia [Telkomsel Installation Network Facilities or TINEM Project].The scope of work included Site Acquisition Permit [SITAC], civil construction, mechanical electrical installation and power connection with commissioning.

This assignment also required to create and implement project control systemin company offices and report directly to the Director.   

3.                Company                     : BAM DECORIENT INDONESIA, year 1999-2001,

  2005-2006

As project staff with responsibility for cost and contract management execution following Company Standard procedures. Assist Project Manager for composing Project Monthly Report as a synthesis of project status, relevant with target profit based on cost forecast analysis and contract simulation.

Main responsible is construction management for tollway projects facilities [underpass-tunnels, bridges-overpass or flyover, retaining walls, tollgates, pavements, drainages include support utilities] based on target budget and schedule. According toCompany Standardprocedure, Construction Manager also as the Alternate of Project Manager for coordination with the Client.
