Engineering Cost Account Management

Designed the AP-3C operational mission simulator facility and managed the OMS project systems engineering team. Primarily responsible for all electronic warfare systems, retained aircraft systems and the development of the OMS communications sub-system. Prepared systems engineering deliverable's and design development specifications.

Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, design and development of the real-time Simulation Control Program (SCP) for the Orion Aircraft CMI facility.  This simulation system provided a full tactical environment to train Orion Aircrew in their maritime operations.  I was also involved in the review and supervision of the design and development of the Radar and Acoustic Simulation systems.
