  • Led the Engineering team for the construction execution of submarine cable, overhead transmission line, substation, building and underground cable projects;
  • Led the development of project controls processes and standards;
  • Led the development and update of project schedule, cost report, cash flow, progress billing, KPI report, progress report, daily report, resource planning, curve and histogram;
  • Led the development of labor, materials, equipment, cutting list and cost estimates and construction methodology and sequence;
  • Pre-approved the progress billings, fund requisition, project reports, project schedule, change order, invoices, PO and payment certificates;
  • Led the bidding process and negotiated the price of subcontractors, specialist, and construction equipment rental;
  • Led hiring process, conducted performance review and recommended salary increase;
  • Mentored and coached  Engineering team;
  • Conducted site inspection;
  • Led the punch list team and implementation of corrective actions.
