Ensuring commitment to robust Programme and Project controls through the provision of high quality, relevant advice and guidance to the Programme Executive and its programme management team. Liaising with corporate function to ensure provision of appropriate levels of project controls support to the Programme. Lead on improvement activities within the Project Controls function. Assisting the Head of Function in defining the needs of Programmes and inidividual projects with respect to Project Controls. Ensuring Project Controls governance arrangements are adhered to throughout the Programme. Supporting and administering the the progress of projects through stage gates in accordance with the approved Project Delivery Process. Managing work stream level monthly reporting and reviews, including the processing of data and providing appropriate challenge and insight. Providing input to the development and enhancement of Horizon's programme management process and methodologies and the information management.
