- Providing advice and definition of process improvement plans for project control functions in conjunction with other disciplines.
- Leading improvements to risk definition, assessment & management with senior stakeholders.
- Collation and assessment of tactical risks to inform programme strategic risks.
- Knowledge and skills transfer to grow the ability and maturity of the client team.
