SI Solutions SA develops and maintains automation processes mainly for Oil and Gas industries around the world.

The main responsibility was to set up process to control budget and time from the initiation to finalization of projects. The controls were through different indexes that were set-up and easily checked by the Project Managers through the web.

Other roles were to assist the Commercial Manager and Operational Manager when bidding for a new project.
