One of the worlds largest drilling service companies serving the mining industry. The company has settled in Argentina in 1996. At the moment the work force has grown to reach 200 employees and 20 drilling rigs due to the demand of our clients.

My principal role is to overlook the bidding, contractual invoicing and payment process.

Bidding: We received information from the client on their needs for drilling. I prepare the bid for the General Manager to review and approve.

Contractual: Contracts pass through me to check and review with the client.

Invoicing: Preparation of fortnight invoices for the client to approve.

Payment: Invoice follow-up for payment.

Other activities: Daily and fortnight reporting of project progress. The later is a more comprehensive report with future work expectancy with a Cash Flow.

Significant Achievement: Development of an Organization Chart with Roles and Responsibilities. Lack of a proper Human Resource Dept. therefore helped in setting up a few procedures.
