Worked for the Home Office in Mexico organizing key issues in Invoicing, Control and Monitoring Supplier cost, Monitoring Employee Expenses, Planning and control of Company’s Indirect Costs. 

Along with the General Manager in Administration, we place a series of Controls and set forth Procedures to align Mexico’s structure to our Home Office.

Task under my control were:

- Treasury / Planning of Indirect Cost for offices in Mexico

- Employee’s Expense Control  Revision of Procedures

- Preparation / Follow-up Client Invoices

- Control and Tracking for Suppliers

- Invoices liaison with our Accountant's Office

- Preparation of Reports for the Management and for the Operation Managers

Other activities: Support for Project Managers in cost related issues (Cost Analysis, Cash Flow assessments, Financial reports). Coordination with the Accountant in Argentina for Billing Management.
