Responsible for leading development of Planning function across the unit through  Ensuring consistency amongst the planning practices at Unit level.

Leading transverse & continuous improvement actions related to planning at Unit level.

Follow-up Unit KPIs related to On-Time Delivery .

Act as a relay of the initiatives launched by Grid E&P planning function, to be implemented within the Unit.

Coaching  of new and junior planners.

Develop and maintain projects schedules in accordance with Grid scheduling guidelines

Monitor schedule performance

Analyze schedule performance compared to the established project plan (baseline schedule commitments) using critical analysis method (CPM) and float management, with a focus on early identification of risks and opportunities to facilitate proactive actions that will optimize on-time performance of internal and subcontracted deliverables.

Communicate and make recommendations to project / tender stakeholders

Support Contract Management by substantiating EOTs, Claims, Counter claims, with regards to all external parties.

Participate in set-up and maintenance of an integrated cross-project scheduling system that supports overall resource planning.
