Project Manager

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an action plan to meet company annual safety targets
  • Ensure compliance to all safety procedures, standards and policies
  • Managing project development, Capital Appropriation Request (CAR) preparation, execution and commissioning of the project to achieve the project objectives.
  • Plans and directs preliminary design and prepare budget estimate and schedule to enable project objectives including EHS considerations.
  • Confirm detail project scope and objectives with project sponsor (Return on investment, production level increase, standards to be achieved).
  • Develop the project planning to ensure that the project has been accurately budgeted, fully scoped, and planned with ± 10% accurracy.
  • Organize HAZOP analysis for the project to ensure Constructability, Operability and Maintainability within safety and environmental standard practice.
  • Oversees the detail design, acceptance of design and project specification.
  • Managing project procurement and contract to meet project objectives.
  • Manage project execution including construction commissioning and start up.
  • Overview multidiscipline works, readily identify areas of concern and approve the application of techniques to meet the fundamental requirement of performance, quality, schedule and cost.
  • Managing the construction contracts and contractor work to achieve the construction objective as per contract document.
  • Forecasting, reporting and controlling project costs, schedule, scope and safety to meet project objectives.
  • Responsible for cost control, budget, variances prediction, revision and justification. Managing Project Changes (including preparing submission documents for Management approval, as per PTVI authority matrix).
  • Managing handover documentation and close out project, to ensure accurate records are available for maintenance and plant operation.
