Senior Expert

Creation of the Centre for Advanced Studies & Research in Project, Programme, Portfolio Management (CASR3PM), in Dakar.

The purpose of the Centre is to facilitate the development of the Senegalese human resources capacity in P3M and thus to provide the right level of expertise and capabilities to sustain the various programmes funded by the aid agencies. Building of my international network of experts (professionals and academics) the Centre is due to offer short courses, MSc, MBA and Doctorate programmes as well as doing applied research on international development projects.

I have also a mission attached to the Presidency of the Republic of Senegal: structuration (creation of a Programme Management Office) and organisation of the portfolio of projects funded by about 30 international agencies and development banks (≈ USD 2b)
