- Application the checklist in the schedules submitted by contractors to ensure the quality and integration of it.
- Preparation of Physical Advancement curves and management reports to the Directors and the President of Petrobras.
- Preparation and review of planning procedures..
- Integration of all Project schedules by checking the interfaces between units and evaluating the impacts.
- Realization the 4D Planning using the Synchro tool.
