Project control lead for ExxonMobil onshore pipeline project for Papua New Guinea LNG Project during latter 2/3 of construction, until construction was completed and pipelines onstream. Reported to the client's Business Manager and supervised cost & schedule engineers and the site planners and quantity surveyors. Skills required for the assignment: 1) Familiarization with EPC contract terms and requirements relevant to the assignment 2) Execution Planning 3) Project Control tools (cost & schedule management procedures, cost & schedule stewarding vs budget, reporting, budget updates) 4) Audit of Contractor compliance with project procedures 5) Schedule delay analysis 6) Claim analysis and rebuttal and resolution 7) Reporting to Senior Management 8) Corrective Action recommendations
