Duties: Responsible for a team of 3 people in planning & project control activities in Sirri Island performed By OIEC as the main contractor of Iranian Offshore Oil Company (IOOC) as the client, in this EPC Project I was specifically responsible for all the related affairs regarding to the project construction Planning & controls activities such as reviewing sub-contractor plans and modify them based on Project master schedule, preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports, and FDCC.
