Detailed Job description:

• Developing a project schedule that includes the entire project scope of work, client requirements, schedule hierarchy, division of responsibility, schedule review, approval requirements, and distribution.

• Updating and analyzing schedules by using Primavera P6 PPM • Analyzing and developing mitigation plans for schedule & cost impacts

• Analyzing Critical path / Construction productivity / Earned value

• Creating project plans by identifying tasks to be performed, necessary requirements, deliverables and milestones.

• Monitoring and evaluation results in alignment with project goals and objectives.

• Preparation and submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Major Achievement:

• Extension of time and prolongation schedule analysis and evidence documents coordinator : $ 20 Mil Achievement

• Developing Construction Schedule for reconstruction of Cooling Tower by fire.

• Successful deducted Invoice reimbursement (Above 20% recovery per month)
