Generation of strategic start up plans, revision of integrated work practices, upgrading of IT systems, training of internal & external construction delivery teams in new processes, tracking of programme delivery, review & revision of performance.

Development & maintenance of control systems, functional budget generation & control, team capability development, reporting requirements, integration of change control with stakeholders such as finance, contracts & procurement, engineering, management, construction & subcontractors.
