- Provided independent assurance on the deliverability of the proposed Sellafield Ltd Performance Plan by selected critical path analysis of a sample of projects agreed by the NDA, to provide an external benchmark comparison against their own review outputs.
- Evaluated the SLC processes for cost-estimating, scheduling, risk management and contingency calculation by assessing the scope, cost estimate, schedule and risk for a sample of projects, covering a spread of the type of projects on the Dounreay site.
- Developed and implemented a Project Definition Index Rating system for the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority and Sellafield Ltd to support the Assurance Build of the 2010 Lifetime Plan.
