• Supporting the Operations Excellence Centre (OEC) and the Office of the Managing Director by producing P6 Outage Schedules, Overview Plans and Burndown Curves during five major Site Outages and various forced/unplanned outages.
• Created and implemented an Outage Preparation Plan to track progress against key milestones to facilitate confidence in Outage readiness.
• Produced and maintaining the Sellafield Site Seven Year Integrated P6 Outage Schedule and Overview detailing the interfaces between Plants and Operations.
• Created logic driven and resource loaded P6 Outage Schedules for major plants that lacked the experience to produce robust schedules.
• Managing and coaching six staff members in how to plan outages using P6.
• Assisted in the development of the Integrated Change Programme (ICP) which is being implemented across the Sellafield site.
