  • Gather all data and information required for effective planning, scheduling, monitoring & controlling the execution of activities of the projects.
  • Prepare the work planning (in Primavera P6) Contractual Schedule for projects & get the approval.
  • Prepare the update schedules, monitor progress, anticipates – possible delays and suggests recovery plans if delays are encountered
  • Creating project plan, Adding activities, Scheduling projects, Prepare top and down estimation, Adding activity code, WBS codes, project codes, Adding roles and resources, Assign roles, resource and expenses.
  • Reviews regulations and standards necessary to conduct technical studies and carry out project design and permitting work.
  • Understand WBS structure, and work with management and project/maintenance team in the development of work break down structure for progress measurement, scheduling, cost estimating and project control.
  • Preparation of project Cash flowDeveloping and monitoring project cost forecasts.
  • Preparation of short term detailed schedule based on baseline schedule
  • Develop and update resource (manpower and equipment) histogram weekly or monthly as required.
  • Evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress.
  • Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern which required action of the associate task member. Preparation of recovery program to catch up delays
  • Perform probabilistic analysis of completion dates and potential alternatives. Present risk based analysis of most likely completion and expected deviation range
