Working for or assisting the Project Manager (PM). Taking over when the PM is not available and sharing in their responsibilities. Helping to motivate staff and handling administrative and technical duties.

Preparation of Budget, monitoring activities as per budget;

Preparation and update the Programme of Works;

Monitoring the contract's progress and performance to ensure goods and services according to the contract requirements;

Preparation the documentation for Claims according to Conditions of Contract;

Preparation of Interim Payment Certificates;

Identifying potential problems and solutions;

Resolving disputes in a timely manner;
