- Provide support during the ascertainment of quantum related to delay analyses;

- Reviewing and editing risk event analyses and due diligence reports;

- Edit causation analyses forming part of claims’ reports;

- Prepare causation analyses forming part of claims’ reports;

- Review and prepare the delay analyses parts of Statements of Cases, Responses to Statements of Cases, rebuttals and rejoinders documents; written submission (i.e. opening statements and closing statements) for dispute resolution cases either in international adjudication and/or arbitration or litigation;

- Preparation of summary background of project claims;

- Preparation of risk analysis reports in respect of progressed baselines;
