Job Description: Principal Projects Control Engineer.

Responsibilities:     

Overall Project Control Management including time control, Cost Control, Reporting, Administration, etc. The work includes but not limited to the following tasks. Projects Overall Planning, Projects time & Cost Control; certify and issue the interim payment, monitor and revise the time schedule for various projects, and certify the taking-over certificate and  final certificate as well. Through Data-Base established for the projects List, Manufacturers, vendors, and contractors, evaluate the financial status of all projects, each project separately, and each contractor at various projects as well. Claim Resolutions is one of the major tasks as well.
