·         Preparation of Baseline estimate for progress tracking

·         Resource leveling, Resource re-allocation, Resource loading

·         Control Schedule

·         Progress weekly Dashboard reports

·         Schedule analysis

·         Integration of Primavera tools such as Claim Digger, Trace Logic for project control

·         Preparation of Estimated Man-hours for anticipated/future projects

·         Resource Scheduling using WBS

·         Critical path method scheduling

·         Man power planning/Forecast

·         Preparation of Project Key Schedule milestone Dates

·         Project, Resource, Milestone Curve

·         Primavera Level 1, 2, 3….

·         Interface matrix using WBS

·         Preparation of Weighted percentage
