Provide leadership, control, and support for various capital improvement projects for a major enterprise projects business unit. Coach and oversee a project team responsible for engineering, procurement, and construction requirements. Accountable for capital project requirements / control, change / risk management, project performance reporting, and contract specifications for inclusion in RFPs.  

Planned and coordinated multi-year $275 million project to design and construct overhead and underground electrical distribution infrastructure throughout Detroit in efforts to convert Public Lighting Department customers to DTE network. Project is currently on time and on budget.

Led a three-year, $200 million capital improvement program and team of contractors to reconstruct 65,000 LED street lights for the Detroit Public Light Authority (PLA). Project is currently six months ahead of schedule.

Spearheaded a $28 million high-profile capital project to relocate all underground utilities on Woodward Avenue in downtown Detroit. (Detroit M1 Rail Distribution Relocation)

Played key role in developing a long-term strategic plan to create a new power generation portfolio to address new growth of Michigan and retirement of coal-fired plants.

   Directed a $22 million project to design and build a new 120 KV substation to meet load demand requirements.
