Summary

Graham offered a wide range of planning services throughout the organisation. His responsibilities were to develop existing project schedules, as well as newly identified projects from the initial evaluation stage, through implementation and completion. He focuses on adding value to existing methods, specialist planning advice, resource solutions, identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies and minimise risk.

·         Forensic Planning

·         Analysing delay in terms of critical path and prepare substantiation by modelling the effect.

·         Reviewing EOT Claims

·         Creating reports detailing the extent of delay and then defining what is excusable or compensable.

·         Prepared Programme and Reports for adjudication – Outcome of both Adjudication went in my Client(s) favour.
