Project: Build, fund and transfer a total of 180 school buildings to the Saudi Ministry of Education through Alzakary Group as a general contractor and investor in 1000 million SR project all over the Kingdom regions.

 

Roles:

  • Spearhead a team of Senior Planning (Cost) Engineers, Planning (Cost) Engineers, & Contract administrators, to setup, develop and implement project management office in the head office at Riyadh.
  • Developing project baselines; monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of PMO functions.
  • Formulating operating budgets and managing overall operations for executing projects within cost & time norms; organising / participating project review meetings for evaluating project progress & de-bottlenecking.
  • Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilisation to maximise output.
  • Overseeing the preparation of monthly progress reports entailing progress & details for engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
