- Running and managing Project Control department (32 resources).
- Planning, Risk, Reporting and Cost Control services.
- Managing relationships with Owner’s PMC (EIL) and official external reporting.
- Construction phase reporting to Project and Home Office top management, EVM Analysis.
- Projects setup phase at site. Selection and resource training.
- Analyzing, defining and implementing planning and cost control methodologies.
- Analysis and definition Virtual Construction for project control (ConstructSim v8i – Bentley)
