Orchestrating a significant mix of new construction and refurbishment projects aimed at enhancing the core of Media City.
Overseeing the planning and execution of multiple endeavors, including the construction of a 27-story new building and refurbishments of a 13-story building, a 15-story building, and refurbishments within clustered structures on the 13th floor. The total project value amounted to £300 million.
Throughout these endeavors, I spearheaded planning efforts, coordinated with stakeholders and ensured that projects adhered to budgetary and scheduling requirements while meeting quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
I oversee weekly progress updates and generate monthly progress reports, as well as develop a three-week lookahead program for both the project manager and the project team.
My responsibilities include creating a construction program baseline and updating it throughout the project using project management tools such as Oracle Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Asta Powerproject to compare any variations.
I support the project management team by preparing delayed subcontractor programs and conducting analyses to assist in applications for extensions of time (EOT).
I maintain control over the program's accuracy and provide filtered short-term trade programs to support both the site team and project managers.
I coordinate activities and monitor schedule performance against planned baselines to prioritize tasks and meet established schedules.
I collaborate with management at various levels to ensure comprehensive project tracking throughout its lifecycle and implement necessary changes.
